I went through past entries this morning to consolidate the (former) HMcT/EV split, changing all references to the former into the current tag. I don't think I missed anything, but one never knows. I also noticed a bunch of formatting and grammar/spelling issues. While I corrected the ones that I saw, I'm sure there are many more that I didn't notice. As the (theoretical, though actual in about a month) holder of a BA in English this pains me greatly. I hope to go through and fix anything that I missed, but with hockey looming there isn't time to do so now, and honestly this is an off-the-cuff blog that I don't really edit, or even proofread that often. While this lack of QA is deplorable, it is what it is. At least the tags should all agree now, so there's that.
I also found the beginning of a post from a while back. I thought I had finished it off and posted it, but clearly I forgot about it. I'll look into incorporating it into my next real post. I hope the edge of your seat is comfortable because I know that's the only place you'll be until this rediscovered gem drops.
Well, while you're at it, the nation is spelled "Cygnar", not "Crygnar"

Good catch there. I'd like to chalk it up to traditional Khador-Cygnar rivalry, but it's simple oversight.
ReplyDeleteI still have the Bell, I'll dig it out for you. Assuming I don't have to chauffer on Wednesday, I offer you a game of your choice that morning/early afternoon. I'm still working through the WFB book, and probably need to put some more models together to field an army, but anything else is good to go.
Since you seem to be on a 40k kick, I'm fine with a rematch between my Plague Marines and your Blood Angels. My army list will be a bit tweaked from last time. I also have a 35 point Cygnar list I've tried once with a degree of success against Trollbloods, so that's a good backup choice.

ReplyDeleteI've been on the Blood Angels for this long mostly because I have a deadline to hit with them, otherwise you'd have seen a wizard or halberdier or something by now. That's the kind of flitting between projects that I'm trying to combat though, otherwise I'll never have a finished anything.
Like I said, your choice of game. I'd bring both, but that's a lot of boxes and cases to lug around. Let me know either way, I'll be prepared for both. 11ish work for you?
Let's just stick with 40k for now.
